St John Ambulance Victoria is a charity that supports Victorians through emergencies, disasters and sickness. We provide First Aid and First Aid training that saves lives.
St John volunteers are first responders at thousands of local sporting, community and entertainment events across the state each year.
Our disaster response teams support communities in times of bushfire, flood and pandemic.
As a not for profit organisation, all our earnings go towards life-saving community initiatives, including free First Aid classes in schools. We have trained over a million school children in First Aid in Victoria.
St John started the very first ambulance service in Melbourne in 1893, and continues to provide transport to non-emergency patients today.
