Mental Health Foundation Australia (MHFA) is an organisation made up of people from all walks of life. It includes professionals, those living with mental illness, families of those living with mental illness, related organisations concerned with mental health and members of the public with an interest in mental health.
MHFA works to deepen understanding of the importance of mental wellbeing. Educating the community about available treatment options for mental illness is a large part of our brief, but our primary emphasis is on promoting good mental health and the means to maintain it.
The Mental Health Foundation Australia (MHFA) relies heavily on the generosity of the general community to deliver the services and advocacy needed in the community.
Your generous donation will assist us to reduce the rising rates of mental illness and suicide across Australia and help to further educate the community regarding preventative measures and professional areas of support, and will provide us the ability continue our work to break down stigma in CALD communities around Australia and will help us reach more Australians by expanding National Mental Health Month in October 2020.
Your donation can make a massive difference to someone struggling with mental illness and you can play your part to contribute to happier, more productive and cohesive society.
