To see young people with disabilities viewed as valued and respected community members, experiencing a fulfilling range of life opportunities and choices.
Our Values
R.E.D Inc is first and foremost about people working harmoniously and
productively together. For this to happen everybody at R.E.D Inc (whether they are service users, management committee members, employed staff or volunteers) needs to behave according to some shared values.
Respect
People should treat each other with respect at all times. This means not using hurtful language towards others, observing the rights of others, and treating people with courtesy.
Acceptance of Diversity
We are all different: and the world is a better place for it! People should be accepted and included regardless of ability, physical characteristics, age, ethnicity, sexuality, religion or gender.
