Over the last 10 years, I have been on a personal and professional journey as a Dietitian to help those in need, from people with Crohn's Disease, Cancer, Parkinson's, Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficient Hyperactivity Disorder, Eating Disorders and more. 

As a society, we don't do enough for those less fortunate compared to our predicament and forget that giving is the best way to build meaning into our somewhat selfish existence. It is when we work with people with a disability that we view life a little differently.
