Bower Architecture has been running our Summer Studio Sessions since 2023 to raise funds for Breast Cancer Trials. This amazing organisation was responsible for trials that lead to new and better treatments being available to both of us (Co Directors Anna and Chema) during our own journeys with breast cancer. When breast cancer treatment makes leaps forward, it does so thanks to scientific trails. Breast Cancer Trials help make these happen. Thank you for supporting them with us!

On Thursday 30th of October, members of The Sands Torquay Golf Club will ‘Tee Off for Breast Cancer Trials’ – an event close to the hearts of many members and their families. A fundraising initiative of Breast Cancer Trials, Tee Off supports clinical trials research to help every person affected by breast cancer to get the treatment they need to survive. Sadly, 58 people are diagnosed with breast cancer every day and each one of them will require a personalised treatment. The Sands Torquay Golf Club’s Women’s Committee are looking forward to hosting a successful event and raising funds for trials research to identify new and effective breast cancer treatments.
