Charters Towers grazier Sally Witherspoon has been overwhelmed after receiving about $25,000 to buy feed for her core breeder herd, exceeding her target of $15,000.

Her property, Pallamana Station, also employs disadvantaged youth from surrounding areas to help them build life skills.
